By Jackson MapapayiPatriotic Front members in Solwezi have expressed displeasure over the appointment of Mr Enock Kapalu and Mr Benson Ngambo as provincial chairman and deputy respectively.Speaking during a media briefing, Solwezi central constituency chairman Robert Lutembula said the party members are disappointed with the appointment of the duo.Mr Lutembula stated that the lower structures of the party will not recognise the appointment of the duo because they were not consulted.“As lower party structures, we were supposed to be involved and consulted because we are stakeholders.
