Chief Kabinga of the Bisa speaking people of Kanchibiya has described the agriculture sector as a big success story under President Edgar Lungu.He said President Lungu has exhibited sound leadership in the area of agriculture as evidenced by the continued bumper harvests the country has continued to record.He said the timely delivery of inputs is unprecedented and a testimony of good policies under the PF government.
