By KETRA KALUNGA RESIDENT Doctors Association of Zambia (RDAZ) president Dr. Brian Sampa should be arrested and charged with murder for inciting other doctors to effect a go-slow because we lost people who died from preventable illnesses as a result of negligence, the Evangelical Youth Alliance (EYA) has said.And EYA has called for the medical professional body responsible to immediately revoke the licence of Dr. Sampa for going against his sworn allegiance as a doctor to prevent loss of life.EYA president, Reverend Moses Lungu said in an interview that it was sad that Dr. Sampa as RDAZ president was bent on inciting doctors to down tools and watch patients dying in hospitals without remorse.Rev.
