By OLIVER SAMBOKOTHE adoption of candidates to contest elections at different levels was the collective responsibility of the Central Committee and not one individual as being suggested in some quarters, the Patriotic Front has said.PF Media Director, Antonio Mwanza said in an interview yesterday that suggestions that the list of adopted candidates was doctored or influenced by PF Secretary General, Davies Mwila were malicious and have no basis.Mr Mwanza said the adoptions were based on recommendations of all PF Party structures from the Wards, Constituency, District, Provincial Committees up to the Central Committee.
