By JOHN KOMBETHE Muslim Social Welfare Trust (MSWT) has been supportive in the fight against the spread of COVID-19, Rufunsa district health director, Charles Chongo has said.Dr Chongo said the Covid-19 fight called for a multispectral approach to make meaningful gains.He said the Muslim community, through the representative, had been helpful in the fight against the virus.He said MSWT had donated hand washing facilities, sanitizers and face masks.Dr Chongo said that his office would distribute the items to different health facilities in the district.
