Bupe Kabondo has complained that Kanyama Member of Parliament Elizabeth Phiri dumped people in the constituency despite making promises of being their servant prior to the 2016 general elections. But when contacted for a comment Kanyama Member of Parliament Elizabeth Phiri insisted that she has delivered development which no other MP has managed to deliver in many years.Speaking at a Pastor’s fellowship on Tuesday, Rev. Kabondo said Ms Phiri who has been Kanyama MP from 2016 had done little compared to the campaign promises she made. Rev. Kabondo, who is also Assemblies of God in Zambia, Makeni Branch presiding minister said the Pastor’s fellowship in the area was disappointed with the area MP. “We have been regarded as useless despite giving her support before she became MP.She used to come here but today when we call Ms Phiri she does not even pick our calls,” Rev.
