By AARON CHIYANZO“EXORBITANT” electricity tariffs, charged by the Copperbelt Energy Corporation (CEC) which are three times above those authorized by the Energy Regulation Board (ERB) must be investigated urgently by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC), an energy expert, Johnstone Chikwanda has said.Mr Chikwanda has disputed a High Court judgment which sought to nullify the powers of regulating authorities in the industry, by putting CEC above the law.
