The party says since parliament adjourned last year, the Livingstone MP had allegedly not been there for the people who voted for him and has never gone to the community to interact and listen to challenges facing them. In an apparent reference to the removal of street vendors from the streets by the local authority and other challenges facing residents of Livingstone, PF Information and Publicity Secretary (IPS) Philemon Musonda said that it was a pity that the people of Livingstone had a representative who was never there for them.
