This is in a case in which Obvious Kapata a Teacher of Kanyama compound sued his Landlady, Agnes Chansa, 36, of the same compound. Kapata told Senior Court Magistrates Abbyshine Michelo and Esther Mulomba at Kanyama Local Court that on February 6, 2018 Chansa came to his house with five boys asking him to vacate the house because he did not pay house rentals of K450 on the due date February 5.
