Addressing heads of government departments in the district yesterday, Ms Kamalonga said the office of the DC acted as eyes of the President hence the need to be updated on every activity that was taking place in all the departments in the district. ‘’we are the eyes of the President as district administration, therefore we have to be updated on all the activities that are taking place in the district so that we inform the general public correctly,’’ Ms Kamalonga said.
