Mr Bwalya wondered what the role of the opposition party was in misinterpreting the Bemba saying “Ubomba Mwibala alya mwibala” translated as he who works in the garden reaps and eats from the field. In an interview yesterday, the PF leader charged that the UPND did not have a constructive agenda and challenged the opposition party to prove to Zambians whether their manifesto was something to reckon with.
