The rate a which the pump price of fuel is going up in the country is indeed a matter of concern. The rise in fuel prices has affected the cost of doing business, and significantly reduced the amount of disposable income in the hands of Zambians. In this article, I seek to explore possible solutions to this major issue affecting the lives of Zambians across all walks of life.
