But what is shocking us is that lukewarm manner being applied by looking at status and possibly tribe of the law breaker. The Law has been broken with impunity under the nose of police officers but it takes months or years for the law breaker to be arrested or even be convicted. You are there to enforce the law which you are failing unless you are reminded that what that person has done is against the laws of Zambia. Stop tribalism and cousinship if we are to sternly deal with trespassers of the laws of Zambia. Change life Zambia
