Patriotic Front (PF) area councillor Adrian Banda, said this follows a sensitisation meeting with residents of Garden compound regarding garbage collection. Mr Banda said in order to have an effective waste management system in place his office and residents would work with the churches, schools and business houses in the delivery of the service. The civic leader said the newly elected zone leaders have been tasked with the responsibility to formulate a plan on how and when solid waste would be collected by CBEs.
