Both the police and the University Teaching Hospital management have confirmed that the victim, Sibeso Kufekisa, 22, a security guard of John Laing was alive. Police public relations officer Esther Katongo and her UTH counterpart, Natalie Mashikolo, dismissed online media reports that the victim had died as false and misleading. Ms Mashikolo said Mr Kufekisa was discharged from UTH on Wednesday and that his parents were contacted and confirmed that he was alive. Mr Chanda said Mr Kambwili was spreading false news through his Facebook page which was immoral to try and gain political mileage over a misfortune.He has since demanded Mr Kambwili withdraws his statement by apologising to the family of the […]
