Mr Tonga urged the Government to establish a commission of inquiry and investigate some Constitutional Court judges who were allegedly scheming to bring about the breakdown of law and order in Zambia. He said according to the Republican Constitution, judges could not be fired and it was only through a commission of inquiry that it could be established whether or not some members of the bench had fallen short of what was expected of them.
