GOVERNMENT has not stopped the opposition UPND from holding a rally in Munali because there is no cholera outbreak there, Ministry of Health spokesperson Max Bweupe has clarified. But UPND spokesperson, Charles Kakoma told the Daily Nation that the opposition party canceled its planned rally in Munali following instructions by the Ministry of Health to do so. Dr Bweupe however said that the ministry had not stopped any political party from holding rallies anywhere apart from Kanyama where cholera cases had been recorded.
