And Mr Mumba has described UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema as a “stubborn and selfish person,”’ for shunning Independence Day celebrations. He said Mr Hichilema’s continued boycott of national events only proved that he only cared about himself and does not recognise President Edgar Lungu as Head of State. “HH not attending Independence Day celebrations was a clear indication that he is stubborn, and he does not recognise President Lungu. “He did attend prayers last week during the day of national prayer and on Independence Day he was not there, so what kind of a person is he?
