The entral business district has four main roads – Cairo Road, Cha Cha Cha, Freedom Way and Lumumba and eight avenues cross through – Kalambo, Malasha, Kalundwe, Chiparamba, Nkwazi, Katondo, Katunjira and Ben Bella Roads. There are only three exists East of the region housing The Executive, Legislative and Judiciary arms of Government: Great East, Church Road and Independence roads. These roads are all the time full of vehicles! Why can’t we build another layer on top of these roads using Chinese engineers? I know it is very expensive but we have mineral and natural resources that we can sell and use the money to decongest Lusaka. Unless we have leased our natural heritage to foreigners!
