The boundless freedom to engage in vice and impunity we are witnessing in party cadres has the potential to ferment lawlessness that can weaken our country’s laws beyond the ruling party’s reign. Whatever party comes to power will not rule to eternity but the damage caused by its cadres may last forever. High court ruled as rightful owners of Katokamema gold mine in Kasempa but cadres benefitting from illegal mining are resisting the opening of mines. AAK
