Council Public Relations Manager Roy Kuseka said the 27 drinking places were closed for failure to comply with the regulations of running a bar which include having a liquor licence, Fire Certificate and ensuring that under age patrons are not allowed. Mr Kuseka said in an interview yesterday that Chillers Corner Night Club owned by Mr Musenge was closed together with Black Gate, Sosoliso, Elelemwa, Muluka Bar and KEG and Copper Smith.
