Kabwe Warriors Chairman Ginwaw Hayden confirmed the dismissal of Kampamba as Kabwe Warriors coach in an interview with the Daily Nation Sports in Lusaka. Hayden could however not disclose as to why coach Chintu has been dismissed. He however said that Warriors had engaged former City of Lusaka Head Coach Elijah Chikwanda as Chintu’s replacement.
