Mr Msoni said it was not disputed that some political players were still emotional and therefore were always issuing threats. He said that was not necessary but instead they should explore a mechanism that would bring peace and unity in Zambia. He said President Edgar Lungu was the Head of State and therefore had powers to engage other political players into meaningful dialogue, which remained a cornerstone of a civilized administration.
