Mr Nakacinda said the MMD was ready stop the UPND from holding the rally should the police fail to contain the situation. He said the intentions of UPND were nothing more than deceiving people that its leader Hakainde Hichilema will be installed republican President after the court matters. He said the opposition UPND had been insisting to incite the nation and raising emotions of citizens who voted the ruling PF government. He charged that no rally would go ahead, saying it was unacceptable to mislead the citizens.
