Meanwhile, the district commissioner has charged that Solwezi Municipal Council should stop intimidating the media that were revealing their illegal activities. He said the district administration was demanding for the truth and accountability on why the local authority decided to use the funds that did not belong to them. “Our stance still stands, we want the Council to explain where they have taken our money for Kalumbila,” he said.
