It is indisputable that the late President Mwanawasa appointed Mr. Magande from UPND, Mr. M.C.Sata appointed Mr. Siamunene from UPND and now the Minister of Finance is clearly not PF. If these appointments are unconstitutional, we will be better off going for general elections because even some current MP’s are squatters in their current tenure of office.
