Thu, 12 Jan 2017 13:22:46 +0000 BY GWENDOLYN MCHENGA THE Lusaka Magistrate’s Court has established a prima facie case in a matter in which former MMD president Nevers Mumba is charged with two counts of criminal trespass and giving false information to a public officer when he allegedly stormed ZNBC newsroom. Dr. Mumba was found with a case to answer by Magistrate David Simusamba after it was found that the prosecution proved its case beyond reasonable doubt. In his ruling, Mr Simusamba ruled that it was not in dispute that the accused stormed ZNBC with intent to annoy. He further ruled that it was also not in dispute that Dr Mumba gave false information to police officers who were on duty at the main gate of Mass Media complex in order to gain access to the premises.
