Wed, 23 Nov 2016 12:27:08 +0000 Lusaka executive mayor Wilson Kalumba has called on residents of the city to ensure that they celebrate the forthcoming Christmas season responsibly, saying they should not over-indulge themselves by spending or drinking carelessly. Mr. Kalumba said that the festive season was a time for people to be merry and rejoice ‘‘but they should not forget the fact that there is life after Christmas and New Year celebrations and as such they should celebrate cautiously’’. He said it was the responsibility of every resident to ensure they took charge of their own lives and the safety of those around them.
