Mr Lubinda thanked President Lungu for according him the task of being in charge of the Ministry of Justice. He said he would work in line with President Lungu’s vision to better the lives of Zambians in all aspects. “It’s such a great honour to be given this task by the Head of State, am so grateful to him. The President’s vision is to ensure that justice prevails in the country and I think I will work in that line. I believe where there is justice, there is development. It is impossible for development to take place if there are injustices in the country,” Mr. Lubinda said.
