Thu, 18 Oct 2012 14:46:37 +0000 Foundation for Democratic Process (FODEP) has expressed disappointment over Anti Corruption Commission (ACC)’s silence on the alleged corruption activities committed by former Livingstone Permanent Secretary Edwin Zumbunu. And FODEP in Livingstone said it was concerned that to date the nation had not been informed on how far the ACC had gone with investigations instigated Zumbunu. It was alleged that Mr Zumbunu awarded himself a K750 million contract to build a wall fence at the provincial Ministers residence without the contract going through the tendering procedure. He also allegedly engaged himself in block making business using government resources. FODEP district vice chairperson Gideon Musonda asked the commission to explain what was going on to dispel the allegations from the public that they were not doing their job.
