Mr Ngimbu said the Government has shown political will to have the road completed by ensuring that it is fully funded. He urged people in the province to show appreciation because government was trying to bring development to the province. “We have all seen the political will that the President of the Republic of Zambia Mr Edgar Chagwa Lungu has shown by ensuring that contractors are fully paid. So, the onus is on you contractors to ensure that you work hard and complete the project,’’ Mr Ngimbu said.
