By GIDEON NYENDWA Economic Front President Wynter Kabimba has said the UPND is mutating into a national political party, as recent by-elections show growing support outside its traditional strongholds. Mr. Kabimba noted that people were increasingly gravitating toward the ruling party and pointed out that even in Petauke, where UPND lost the parliamentary seat, the party had significantly improved compared to its 2021 performance.
