By GRACE CHAILE THE prosecution faced scrutiny yesterday after failing to proceed with the continued trial of Chiengi Member of Parliament Given Katuta who has pleaded not guilty to charges of threatening violence and causing injury to a Times of Zambia photojournalist at Parliament premises in 2023. The delay frustrated Lusaka Magistrate Idah Phiri, as State Prosecutor Michael Nyundwe struggled to justify why the case could not proceed, despite previously stating that the prosecution was ready to present its last witnesses.
