By NATION REPORTER THE Office of the Public Protector should stop reporting to the Secretary to the Cabinet but to Parliament and should immediately be operationalised, Brebner Changala has demanded. Mr Changala, a civil rights and political activist said the Public Protector was a Constitutional office, which the executive could not afford to toss around and refuse that it should fully become operational.
