By NATION REPORTER PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has fired Joel Kamoko as Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Education in charge of technical services. Clayson Hamasaka said in a statement yesterday that President Hichilema made the decision in pursuant to Article 270 of the Constitution of Zambia.
