By Christopher Miti THE Chipata Chipata Magistrates’ Court yesterday heard that some officers who were guarding Emmanuel Jay Banda at the Chipata Central Hospital were drunk during his escape. Carol Daka, a registered nurse at the Chipata Central Hospital told the court that one of the officers was so drunk that he was failing to walk failing to walk at the time Jay Jay Banda was escaping from hospital.
