By BARNABAS ZULU THE United Kwacha Alliance (UKA) yesterday suffered a heavy set back after its parliamentary candidate for the Pambashe by-election Eskaya Kayumba’s nomination was rejected for presenting a 2011 voters card. But Harry Kalaba, the Citizens First (CF) president has vowed that no volume of “mingalato” by the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) shall save the UPND from defeat in next year’s general election.
