By GRACE CHAILE MUNIR Zulu has denied charges of criminal libel against two Cabinet Ministers, Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane and Charles Milupi, claiming he didn’t publish defamatory words, but only spoke them. The Lusaka Magistrates’ Court heard that Zulu, as a whistleblower, spoke about alleged corruption involving the ministers.
