By GIDEON NYENDWA SINCE the UPND formed government, Parliament has approved three budgets of up to K500 billion but there is literary nothing to show what the money has been spent on apart from subjecting the country to an outbreak of corruption scandals in as many of the sectors, including health, agriculture, energy, infrastructure and lands, Brian Mundubile has said. Mr Mundubile, the Leader of the opposition in Parliament says it was the first time in the history of the management of a country that a government has had to present two supplementary budgets in one financial year.
