SULA MAVUYA Patriotic Front (PF) General Secretary, Raphael Nakacinda says, PF is still strong despite the loss of Kawambwa by-election as the election was not free and fair. Speaking when he appeared on Millennium TV programme dubbed “The Platform “on Sunday evening, Mr Nakacinda said, UPND had no regard for the Constitution and that they had been operating outside the law. Mr Nakacinda said that, UPND imposed certain restrictions on people in order to vote for the leader of their choice.
