By NATION REPORTER AFTER being recalled in an unprecedented move by Speaker of the National Assembly Nellie Mutti, Parliament yesterday met and adjourned sine die for the second time in seven days, only after approving a US$180 million debt. The Order Paper (agenda) only had one item – to approve more borrowing. Fred Chaatila, the Moomba UPND Member of Parliament moved the motion.
