By BARNABAS ZULU NEVERS Mumba is celebrating the jailing of Nickson Chilangwa and Ronald Chitotela and has asked the people of Kawambwa to vote for the UPND because according to him there is nothing illegal about the incarceration of the two Patriotic Front (PF) law makers. Mr Chilangwa, a former Kawambwa lawmaker, was sentenced to five years in prison on charges of causing damage to property, while his Pambashe counterpart, Mr Chitotela, received a custodial sentence of 10 years on similar charges. “There is nothing illegal about their incarceration.
