By NATION REPORTERHARRY Kalaba, the Citizens First (CF) president has demanded to know why the UPND administration has approved to establish formal diplomatic relations with four countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.The four countries are Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Dominican Republic, El Savaldor and Panama.“What is it that they want in Panama? In the absence of a clear explanation, it will be easy for us to conclude that some UPND leaders want to be stashing money in some of those countries under the guise of diplomatic ties,” Mr Kalaba said in an interview in Lusaka.
