Milupi promoting anarchy, lawlessness – Msoni

By NATION REPORTERNASONI Msoni, the All People’s Congress party president has cautioned Mr Charles Milupi against promoting anarchy and lawlessness by instructing the UPND youths engage in violence against citizens as a means of silencing dissenting views on how President Hakainde Hichilema is governing the country.But Mr Milupi says he did not propose violence against Zambians but merely advised youths in Western Province not to insult President Hichilema.“I fear for Mr Milupi should anything happen to anyone.
