THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) has summoned Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) president Andrew Kamanga and his General Secretary Reuben Kamanga over the K341, 902 and the K99, 980 given to Jairos Siame and Madalitso Kamanga who had travelled to the Africa Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast as part of the advance party.
