MICHAEL Katambo, the former Minister of Agriculture on Tuesday told Parliament that the UPND government has messed up the milling industry by turning the Zambia National Service (ZNS) into a mealie meal trader, via its Eagle Milling Company, which has resulted into Zambians being subjected to queuing for the staple food.
