PATRIOTIC Front Mambilima Member of Parliament Jean Chisenga must now rank as one of the most loathed lawmakers in UPND circles for calling President Hakainde Hichilema a liar. Ms Chisenga broke protocol when she shouted at the President that he was a liar as he left the Chambers after addressing Parliament yesterday.
