VICE President Mutale Nalumango yesterday declained to engage into the debate of former President Edgar Lungu who was a subject of virulent political attacks from Brian Kambita, the UPND Zambezi East Member of Parliament when she curtly refused to respond to allegations that the former head of State has been inciting Zambians to rise against the government.
