Miles Sampa has asked the Lusaka High Court not to join Patriotic Front (PF) members who include office bearers to the matter where he sued the Registrar of Societies, seeking an order that his party’s failure to hold the extra-ordinary convention breaches his rights under the party and Republican Constitution.
