PEOPLE advising the former President Edgar Lungu to contest the 2026 presidential and general elections do not mean well for him and his family, United Party for National Development (UPND) mobilization team member, Aubrey Muzaza has said.Speaking in an interview, Mr Muzaza who is also former UPND Serenje district chairperson, said those advising the former Head of State are misleading him.He advised people surrounding Mr Lungu to provide sound advice to the statesman instead of misleading him.Mr Muzaza said Mr Lungu can contribute in other ways to national development befitting the honour and respect deserving a former President instead returning to active politics.Mr Muzaza noted that Mr Lungu ran his race and was time for him to rest and do other things away from politics that will benefit the country.
